User Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Really Bro Connections, LLC ("RBC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.

2. Services Overview

RBC provides a technology platform that:

• Collects information about your accident and vehicle needs
• Verifies your identity and eligibility
• Uses AI-powered algorithms to match you with appropriate vehicles and financing options
• Facilitates communication between you, dealers, and lenders
• Processes transactions through secure payment systems

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

Different account types (User, Dealer, Lender) have different permissions and responsibilities as outlined in respective dashboards and documentation.

4. User Representations

By using our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• All information you provide is true and accurate
• You have experienced an accident that resulted in vehicle damage or loss
• You are seeking a vehicle replacement in good faith

5. Consent to Contact

By submitting your information, you expressly consent to:

• Receive calls, texts, and emails from RBC and our partners
• Be contacted using automated dialing systems
• Receive marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)

6. Credit Authorization

By submitting an application, you authorize:

• RBC and its lending partners to obtain your credit report
• Verification of the information you provide
• Sharing of your information with potential lenders for evaluation

7. No Guarantee of Approval

You understand and acknowledge that:

• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval
• Matching with a lender does not guarantee financing
• Vehicle availability is subject to dealer inventory
• Loan terms are determined by lenders, not RBC

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RBC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent applications
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Interfere with platform operations
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RBC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate your account at any time for violation of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
