  • Maintain subscription payments as agreed

7. Payment Terms

For dealers and lenders using subscription services:

  • All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Payment information must be kept current

8. Limitation of Liability

Really Bro Connections is a matching platform and does not:

  • Guarantee approval of any loan application
  • Guarantee availability of any vehicle
  • Make decisions regarding loan terms or vehicle pricing
  • Bear responsibility for transactions between users and partners

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by Really Bro Connections and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
